?制定標準件生產工藝流程，支持質量部門制定過程檢測計劃.
Setup production process for standard parts, support quality department to set the process inspection plan.
?制定各工序操作說明、參數表并培訓員工.Prepare the work instruction, parameter sheet and operator training.
?制定設備維護保養計劃及設備故障維修記錄.Responsible for production machine maintenance plan and record machine maintenance files.
?定義各工序各型號標準工時，包括TR換型時間、TE單件節拍時間.Set standard working time for each process, including TR-setup time and TE-cycle time.
?分析實際工序時間與標準工時之間的差異并制定提升方案.Analyze the deviation between standard working time and actual working time, define action for improvement.
?刀具等耗材壽命管理，及時提出采購需求及準備合理的庫存量.Tool lifetime management, raise purchase request and prepare health stock level.
?通過工藝優化，持續改善標準件生產過程.Continue improvement for production process by process optimization.
?完成上級安排的其他任務.Other tasks assigned by superiors. |

?能接受加班和特殊情況下的倒班.Accept over time working and work on shift in special cases.
?良好的溝通以及團隊合作.Good communication and teamwork.
?具備基本的機械及電器維修技能是加分項.Hands-on basic mechanical and electrical repair skill is a plus. |
