崗位職責：
領導和組織ISO14001&ISO45001的內審與外審；
Organize and lead internal audit and external audit for ISO14001 & ISO45001
確認和評估所有適用的EHS法律要求；
Identify and evaluate all applicable EHS legal requirements
與當地政府官員密切合作，配合完成EHS相關檢驗和要求；
Work closely with local government officer for EHS related inspections and requirements
確保對所有需要的員工進行必要的培訓；
Ensure necessary training is delivered to all required employees
評估分析職業危害和潛在的傷害風險或職業病風險；
Evaluate and analyze job hazard and potential risks of injury or occupational illness
評估和分析環境方面的情況并制定控制計劃；
Evaluate and analyze Env aspects and make control plans
制定EHS程序和說明文件以及安全工作許可程序；
Develop EHS procedures and instructions and safety work permit program
領導和參與EHS現場檢查、審核等；跟蹤所有EHS未決問題的糾正措施
Lead and participant in EHS onsite inspections, audit, etc；Track corrective actions for all EHS open issues to be closed
根據既定程序編制EHS數據，支持內部和外部的EHS報告、文件和記錄
Compile of EHS data, support internal and external EHS reporting, documentation and record, as per established procedures
積極參與變更或項目的EHS評審；
Proactively involvement for EHS review of change(s) / project(s)
積極參與事件調查，根本原因分析，支持和推動糾正措施完成
Actively participate in incident investigation, root cause analysis, support and drive corrective actions and closure
支持維護有效的應急響應計劃，并定期進行演練
Support in maintaining an effective emergency response plan and work with leaders to have drill regularly
推廣優秀的安全文化
To promote good safety culture
完成領導交待的其他事宜
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders
崗位要求：
環境科學與安全類、工程類本科學歷以上學歷，8年以上安全工作經驗；
Minimum 8 years；bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering or science
熟悉中國EHS法規和安全相關規定；
Be familiar with Chinese EHS laws and safety related regulations
良好的溝通技巧，能夠有效地與公司內部和外部的各部門溝通；
Good communication and influencing skill with the ability to interface effectively with all levels within company as well as the organization outside
具有優秀的英語聽說讀寫能力；中國注冊安全工程師可優先
English skills both oral and written；China Certified safety Engineer is preferred |
